At I.O., Inc., we start with the highest quality materials, and we manufacture the Hellcat on the latest Haas CNC equipment – which is also made in the USA. We machine our slides out of solid steel and then harden them through induction heat-treatment to ensure proper Rockwell hardness, especially at the slide’s locking surfaces. In addition, we machine our frames out of solid aircraft aluminum billets and then anodize them. So, whether you choose the Hellcat .380 with the Nickle Slide or our Hellcat .380 Blued, you know you are getting quality through and through made in the USA.
